Make artisan chocolate!

Pampaneira, La Alpujarra, Granada

Learn how to do your own artisan chocolate bars.

The activity begins by melting the chocolate in the tempering machine: black, white, with milk... according to preferences. Then you will perform the crystallization process and pouring into molds, and adding extra ingredients like nuts or seasonal fruits; our artisan uses what nature provides according to the season.
As well as chocolate bars, other sweets are made in the workshop, such as fruits dipped in chocolate and natural bonbons.
We also invite you to visit the small museum of chocolate, where our craftsman has collected old machines and tools to process chocolate and, of course, you'll receive as a gift the delicious chocolate bar that you yourself have made.
In this sweet dreams factory you will find more than 50 different varieties of chocolate. This is a beautiful place, located in one of the most picturesque villages of the Alpujarras and it is perfect to savor a cup of hot chocolate, looking face to face at the mountains. This will make you feel special.

Information about the craftsman

He comes from a family with chocolate tradition so he embarked on the adventure of starting an artisan chocolate workshop in the Alpujarra mountains to delight locals and visitors with the best chocolate recipes inherited from his grandmother. If you like chocolate, this place is paradise...
